Pen Profile: Aerometric Duofolds

10106: Parker Duofold Juniorette: small burgundy (red pearl and black) streamline button-filler, 11.4 cm long, gold filled trim, made in Canada, typically Canadian flat-bottomed feed, later English-made Duofold nib has flex but over a limited range; uncommon triple cap band with wider central band, overall condition excellent but for scratching to barrel.

10260: Parker 51 Presidential: Aerometric filler with solid 14K gold cap, barrel, and clip; made in USA, sac has perfect transparency, number imprinted on rim of cap ("518" below "PARKER") indicates this pen was retailed by Cartier. No dings, but barrel has areas where it is slightly out of round -- not apparent to the eye, but can be felt when barrel is spun between the fingers. While English-made examples are not uncommon, American-made 51 Presidentials are extremely scarce. This is only the second we have offered in over ten years.
