Waterman 20: giant black chased hard rubber eyedropper-filler,

10445: giant black chased hard rubber eyedropper-filler, long-cap version, 17 cm long, early nib with
"No. 10" imprint is 18K and is French-hallmarked, prominently rounded ends are another early feature. Feed is of
extremely rare form and is likely experimental, with only one other example known (in a #8-size pen, itself of

French catalogs of the era, and this is the only French-market example we are aware of. Barrel imprints strong,
chasing good, but end number imprint weak. Hard rubber has been skilfully chemically reblackened -- slight surface
roughness visible only under magnification. Nib is very flexible, tipping is present but scant; fine-exc*
